LOG screen not showing lines

Hi how are you?
im working on some scripts an I need the help of the log screen viewer but it doesn't seem showing any lines from the log. I opened the log on the folder and my scripts are working fine , values are set on log.txt file.
could somebody help me to fix that?
all directories on setting are set ok.
