Mapping Knobs that have speed velocity rather than absolute / relative?

Heya. I am working on trying to get my DDJ 1000 setup. It seems I am running into an issue with the knobs on the mixer. I can't seem to get them to work properly.

It seems the velocity value output is based on the speed in which the knob is turned. There is no left / right value that I can see and setting it to absolute will result in skipping all over the place.

Any ideas greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Got it worked out! I pulled up Midi-OX rather than using Remotify to check the midi data. Looks like all these knobs and faders send out 2 lines. 1 for velocity ie speed, 1 for the position data. All fixed!
