Hi! When I successfully create the script in CSS, I can see the css remote script in Ableton's package contents inside the Midi Remote Scripts folder, however when I open a new project in Abelton 10 and navigate to Link MIDI preferences to select the script I just created in CSS, the name of the script with the "css" tag does not appear in drop-down menu. What am I doing wrong? Can you please help?

Do you have errors in your log.txt file / error log in CSS?
There's usually something breaking the script if it doesn't show in Live.

Hi John! Thanks for replying. Last night, I was finally able to get all three of my scripts to be displayed in Ableton Live 10.1, thanks to another post (https://remotify.io/community/question/css-script-not-showing-ableton) asking the same question. This is great because now I can focus on fixing my scripts so that they actually work with my MF twisters and MF 64, which unfortunately they don't at the moment. As it turns out, it was the attached Controller for all 3 of my scripts that was missing LED On and LED Off settings.

Now that all 3 scripts are displaying in Ableton Live 10.1's Link MIDI preferences, I can load them and verify they don't work correctly or even at all. I have attached the log file and the JSON files for each script. I'm trying to get 2 MF Twisters to emulate control of 8 tracks like an analog console with 8 channels of volume-level control, pans, and controls over Sends A and B. I'm also trying to get my MF 64 to simply act as 64 clip launcher, and I'm taking advantage of Combination Mode so that all 3 scripts are treated like 1 single controller. At the moment, only the volume levesl of the MF Twister's tracks 1-3 seem to work correctly. Everything else as far as both the MF Twisters and MF 64 is broken or not responsive. Can you help me diagnose my issues?

Also, I forgot to mention that there are not any errors in my CSS error log. I suspect I have errors in my Ableton log.txt but I'm not really sure what I looking for there. It's a really long log file.

Hi,

As you mentioned there are no Errors, so it can really only be a configuration issue with your Controllers.
Can you double check in Controller Manager that the MIDI Message Settings are correct for the Controls which aren't working on your Twister and 64.
